Jessica obtained three good offers for our home in only three or four days. Two offers were above asking and were for cash. Jessica also has an excellent feel for staging, encouraging us to hide numerous personal items. The extent of her careful follow-through was also unexpected. As one example, we moved to a smaller retirement home apartment and Jessica located buyers for furniture items that we were unable to take. In summary, Jessica is a rarity and we recommend her highly.
